Process of valuing real property based on the highest and best use of the property. There are several value types for the appraisal process including market, value-in-use, investment, insurable and liquidation. The value type used in the appraisal is determined by the appraiser based on the particular property.

Individual and Institutional Appraisal Review Services

Appraisal review is to assure the value used in a report is accurate, logical, and properly supported. The review may include comments and critiques to which the original appraiser can respond.
