Hector R. M. Ingram, MAI is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (NC & SC) and has been providing professional real estate valuation services since 1990. His emphasis is on litigation support (appraisal and reviews) for complex eminent domain, equitable distribution and diminution in value cases. He also has a lender review and tax appeal practice. Hector is an MAI member of the Appraisal Insitute and a past president of the NC Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He currently serves as Chair of the New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review, and served on the North Carolina Appraisal Board from 2015-2018.
