Commercial Real Estate Appraisers

Hector R. M. Ingram, MAI is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been providing professional real estate valuation since 1990. His emphasis is on complex income producing properties, litigation support and condemnation, large land tracts and wetlands valuation. Hector is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.

Catherine Julius, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been providing professional real estate valuation since 1999. Catherine trained in Raleigh before moving to Wilmington in 2001. Her primary emphasis is income producing properties.

Will Neely is a State Licensed Appraiser and has been appraising commercial and residential properties, and large land tracts in Southeastern North Carolina since 2003.

Renee Coffey is a State Certified General Appraiser and has been appraising commercial real estate in Eastern North Carolina since 2003. Renee specializes in owner occupied buildins and rural land parcels.

Tracy Milligan is a State Certified General Appraiser and has been appraising commercial real estate in Southeastern North Carolina since 2005. Prior to this Tracy was a real estate research assistant and subdivision analyst since 1998.

Sharon Buie is a State Certified General Appraiser who trained in Ohio. She has been appraising commercial real estate with a concentration in condemnation and condemnation appeal work since 2000. She is presently an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

L. Spence Temple has been a NC Trainee Appraiser since 2007 and specializes in appraisaing large land tracts and owner occupied buildings. He is presently pursuing his NC General Cerification. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
