Commercial Real Estate Appraisers
Hector R. M. Ingram, MAI is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been providing professional real estate valuation since 1990. His emphasis is on complex income producing properties, litigation support and condemnation, large land tracts and wetlands valuation. Hector is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.
Dale E. Myrick, MAI, CCIM is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been providing professional real estate valuation since 1990. His primary emphasis is on income producing properties, golf courses and subdivisions. Dale is a MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.
Joe Jones is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been providing professional real estate valuation in the Wilmington area since 1988. His primary emphasis is on litigation and condemnation issues. Joe is presently an Associate for membership to the Appraisal Institute.
Catherine Julius, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been providing professional real estate valuation since 1999. Catherine trained in Raleigh before moving to Wilmington in 2001. Her primary emphasis is income producing properties.
Will Neely is a State Licensed Appraiser and has been appraising commercial and residential properties, and large land tracts in Southeastern North Carolina since 2003.
Heidi Alleman is a State Registered Trainee Appraiser and has been appraising commercial real estate in Southeastern North Carolina since 2004.
Tracy Milligan is a State Registered Trainee Appraiser and has been appraising commercial real estate in Southeastern North Carolina since 2006.
Sharon Buie is a State Certified General Appraiser who trained in Ohio. She has been appraising commercial real estate with a concentration in condemnation and condemnation appeal work since 2000. She is presently an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
