Personally responsible for all aspects of the appraisal process, having authored hundreds of narrative reports on various complex properties for commercial lending institutions, eminent domain proceedings and litigation support. Properties appraised include, but are not limited to Class A, B and C office construction, FAA projects, industrial plants, residential subdivisions, automobile dealerships, nursing homes, vacant land, apartment complexes, shopping centers, churches, and various other income and non-income producing properties
